Common use of Cold work Clause in Contracts

Cold work. An employee who works in a place where the temperature is lowered by artificial means to less than 0° Celsius will be paid an allowance in accordance with Clause A2 A11.12 Where such work continues for more than two (2) hours, the employee will be entitled to twenty (20) minutes rest after every two (2) hours work without loss of pay, not including the special rate provided by this clause.
