Collaboration and Development. QIMRB agrees to provide reasonable assistance to ▇▇▇▇▇ on an as needs basis as may reasonably be required by ▇▇▇▇▇ to: (a) prepare a development plan and budget to progress the research and development of one or more Products; and (b) to prepare, review, and approve the criteria to be used in the selection of one or more development candidates for advancing into GLP Toxicity Studies and any subsequent Phase 1 Clinical Study.
