Collect Calls Sample Clauses
The Collect Calls clause establishes the terms under which telephone calls made on a collect basis—where the recipient agrees to pay the charges—are handled within the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether collect calls are permitted, who is responsible for any charges incurred, and under what circumstances such calls may be made, such as for business purposes or in emergencies. Its core function is to allocate responsibility for telecommunication costs and prevent disputes over unexpected charges.
