COLLECTION MATTERS. ORDER OF ALLOCATION — In the event collection procedures are instituted to recover wages and fringe benefit payments due pursuant to this Agreement and the sums collected are not sufficient to cover all delinquent obligations, sums collected shall be distributed in the following order of priority: A. Wages B. Credit Union Deductions C. Additional NCPT Supplemental 401(k) Retirement Plan D. Additional HRA E. Dues Check-off F. NCPT Supplemental 401(k) Retirement Plan G. HRA Mandatory H. Health & Welfare I. Pension J. Retiree Fund K. National Training L. Joint Apprentice & Training M. Joint Labor-Management Cooperation
