Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. The Business will ensure that each Business User consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as required in order for us: (i) to verify his or her identity; (ii) to provide financial services and products to the Business, including to carry out actions and Transactions as the Business User may instruct; and (iii) to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. For the purposes of this Section, “personal information” has the same definition as that which is found in FOIP. The Contractor acknowledges that FOIP applies to information obtained, related, generated, collected or provided for the Province under this Agreement and agrees to adhere to FOIP. The Contractor shall not collect, use or disclose any personal information under this Agreement except that which is reasonably required to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement, or as otherwise authorized by the Province. The Contractor shall protect the personal information it collects under this Agreement and shall make reasonable security arrangements against such risks as unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure or destruction. Upon request, the Contractor shall provide to the Province, within seven days, any records that are requested under the access provisions of FOIP that are in the custody or under the control of the Contractor. Should the Contractor receive an access request under FOIP, the Contractor shall not respond to it, but shall immediately forward the access request to the Province for further handling. The Contractor shall ensure that its employees, agents, and subcontractors comply with this Section 19.7.

The Subscriber consents to the Manager’s collection of the personal information relating to the Subscriber contained in this Subscription Agreement or gathered in connection with the Subscriber’s investment in the Fund. The Subscriber acknowledges that such personal information will be used by the Manager and its affiliates in order to administer and manage the Fund and the Subscriber’s investment in the Fund, and may be disclosed to third parties that provide administrative and other services in respect of the Fund and to government agencies where it is permitted or required by law, including any applicable anti-money laundering legislation or similar laws. If such personal information is disclosed by the Manager to third parties for a purpose other than to administer and manage the Subscriber’s investment in the Fund, the Manager shall notify the Subscriber of such purpose for which such personal information will be used. If the Subscriber wishes that such personal information not to be used or not disclosed to third parties for a purpose other than to administer and manage Subscriber’s investment in the Fund, the Subscriber can opt-out by way of a written notice to the chief compliance officer of the Manager.

a) To offer you, by way of telemarketing or other means, in particular via your personal telephone number, other products and services offered by us, our subsidiaries, our affiliated companies and our select business partners, which are well established businesses chosen by us. Your information will also be added to client lists that we prepare and use for this purpose.
b) To enable us to provide this information, as permitted by law, to our subsidiaries, our affiliated companies, representatives and agents, and our select business partners so that they can offer you, by way of telemarketing or other means, in particular via your personal telephone number, products and services that may interest you. Please note that in the course of providing you with Electronic Banking Solutions, we may collect your online activity information in our Website, the secure websites of our affiliated companies and their advertisements hosted on thirdparty sites, through cookies and other tracking technologies. This information may be used together with other information we have about you to assess the effectiveness of our online promotions, gather data on the functionality of our Website, better understand your interests and needs, personalize your online experience, and send you information on products and services that might be of interest to you.

Your personal information is collected under the authority of Manitoba Housing programs and used to determine your eligibility for rental housing and any tenancy which may eventually result from this application. Your personal information is protected by the The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and, if applicable, The Personal Health Information Act (PHIA). In this form, words in the singular include the plural and words in the plural include the singular.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. A. The Seller hereby consents to the collection, use and disclosure by the Listing Brokerage and by the managing broker(s), associate broker(s) and representative(s) of the Listing Brokerage (collectively the “Licensee”) noted below, the Board and any other real estate board, of personal information about the Seller:
(i) for all purposes consistent with the listing, marketing and selling of the Property;
(ii) for placement in the database of the Multiple Listing Service® of the Board and of any other real estate board that the Listing Brokerage selects and has access to;
(iii) for the purpose of the Board and other real estate boards marketing the Property in any medium including but not limited to posting the personal information on publicly accessible websites and distributing the personal information to any persons including the public, members of the Board, members of other real estate boards governments and governmental departments and agencies, appraisers and others;
(iv) for compilation, retention and publication by the Board and other real estate boards of any statistics including historical Multiple Listing Service® data for use by persons authorized to use the Multiple Listing Service® of the Board and other real estate boards;
(v) for enforcing codes of professional conduct and ethics for members of the Board and other real estate boards;
(vi) for all other purposes authorized in this Contract including but not limited to those described in Clauses 1B, 4A, 4B, 8B and 11A; and
(vii) for the purposes (and to the recipients) described in the brochure published by the British Columbia Real Estate Association entitled Privacy Notice and Consent.
B. The personal information provided by the Seller may be stored on databases outside Canada, in which case it would be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is located.

All Personal Information collected by Blue Sky was collected from employees of Blue Sky and used and disclosed solely for the purposes of establishing, managing or terminating the applicable employment relationship (including, determining eligibility for initial employment, verifying references and qualifications, administering pay and benefits, processing employee work-related claims (such as workers' compensation or insurance claims), establishing training and development requirements, conducting performance reviews, determining performance requirements, assessing qualifications for a particular job or task, establishing a contact point in the event of an emergency (such as next of kin), and, complying with applicable labour or employment statutes). Personal Information has not been collected, used, disclosed, stored or retained by Blue Sky from any other individuals or for any purposes other than those set out above in this Paragraph 3.1(z), except such purposes that are required or authorized by applicable Laws.
