Common use of Collin College Clause in Contracts

Collin College. and Plano ISD agree to enter into a partnership to award dual credit. This Agreement hereby incorporates by reference all dual credit requirements defined in the Texas Administrative Code (“TAC”) and the accreditation requirements established by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (“SACSCOC”) which is Collin College’s accrediting body, as such may be amended during its term. Unless otherwise noted, this Agreement applies to dual credit courses only.
