Common use of Collocation in Remote Terminals Clause in Contracts

To the extent required by Applicable Law, Verizon shall allow dishNet to collocate equipment in a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in the Collocation Attachment and the Pricing Attachment.
