COMBINING CLASSES Sample Clauses

The "Combining Classes" clause defines the conditions under which two or more classes, groups, or categories—such as insurance policies, legal claims, or contractual obligations—may be merged or treated as a single entity. In practice, this clause outlines the criteria for combining classes, such as requiring similar characteristics or shared interests, and may specify the process for approval or notification. Its core function is to streamline administration, reduce redundancy, and ensure efficient handling of related matters by allowing for collective treatment where appropriate.
