Commencement and Application. This Agreement commences on the date which is 7 days after approval of the Agreement by the Fair Work Commission. It applies to schools listed in Schedule G and teachers employed in those schools, covered by this Agreement pursuant to clause 4 of the Agreement, whilst this Agreement is in operation.
