Commencement of Development. If Master ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has not obtained approval of a Development Application for the Project and substantially completed the Public Improvements necessary for the recordation of a final plat for the Development Application on or before December 31, 2032 then this MDA shall automatically terminate.
