Common use of Commencement of Operation Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Operation. The Borrower shall not operate any portion of the Project until the Borrower shall have furnished evidence satisfactory to the Administrator that (a) such portion of the Project has been properly constructed and is ready to be operated, (b) there are sufficient subscribers ready to take service to permit the economical operation of such portion of the Project, and (c) the Borrower has complied with the provisions of the Mortgage concerning insurance in respect of such portion of the Project. The Borrower shall not serve any subscriber through the Project until the Borrower shall have furnished evidence satisfactory to the Administrator that the telephone wiring and equipment installed in such subscriber's premises are of a type and quality, and have been installed, in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
