Common Stock at “Strike Price Sample Clauses

The 'Common Stock at Strike Price' clause defines the terms under which common stock can be purchased at a predetermined price, known as the strike price. Typically, this clause is found in stock option agreements or convertible securities, where it specifies the exact price per share that an investor or employee must pay to acquire common stock, regardless of the current market value. By establishing a fixed purchase price, this clause provides certainty for both the issuer and the holder, facilitating clear expectations and enabling effective planning for future equity transactions.
