Communication to Applicable DCYF and DSHS Employees/Authorized Requestors. After approval by the Union and the State, the State will annually make available to applicable DCYF and DSHS employees a one (1) page informational document relating to: 1. How the CBA applies to services covered by this Agreement; 2. A reference to National Standards on CLAS; 3. A reference to the DSHS Language Interpreter and Translator Code of Professional Conduct; 4. A reference to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 5. Suggestions on how to work with interpreters; and 6. A reminder for DCYF and DSHS employees to schedule appointments through the Coordinating Entity.
