Communications to Representatives. ‌ (a) At the time that a Party appoints or changes the appointment of the DPA Contracting Authority Representative or the DPA Dev Co Representative, as applicable, that Party shall also provide the other Party with contact information for delivery of communications to such representative. Communications to such representative shall not constitute notices to the Party appointing such representative.
