Common use of Community Involvement Clause in Contracts

Community Involvement. Although not an Event of Default or a condition to any disbursement or advance of the Grant or any portion thereof, Grantee agrees to use good faith efforts to actively participate in community and charitable organizations and/or activities, the purpose of which are to improve the quality of life in McKinney, and to actively encourage its ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ employees to be involved in such organizations and/or activities.
