Common use of Community Relationships Clause in Contracts

Community Relationships. Except as disclosed in the Prospectus, the Company and the Material Subsidiaries maintain good relationships with the communities and persons affected by or located on the Material Properties in all material respects, and except as disclosed in the Prospectus, there are no material complaints, issues, proceedings, or discussions, which are ongoing or anticipated which could have the effect of interfering, delaying or impairing the ability to explore, develop and operate the Material Properties, and the Company and the Material Subsidiaries do not anticipate any material issues or liabilities to arise that would adversely affect the ability to explore, develop and operate the Material Properties;
