Community Relations. Chancellor shall establish and maintain an appropriate community relations program. Chancellor shall attend important college and community events, develop relationships with other key public and private agencies in each of the District's relevant communities where colleges are located and be significantly involved in the District's relevant local communities.

Community Relations. City will provide sufficient staff to support State-led public involvement and communications tasks including but not limited to the following:

Community Relations. 33.1 Navy shall develop and implement a Community Relations Plan. This plan responds to the need for an interactive relationship with all interested community elements, both on and off the Facility, regarding environmental activities conducted pursuant to this Agreement by Navy. Any revision or amendment to the Community Relations Plan shall be submitted to EPA, Interior or the Commonwealth for review and comment. In formulating this plan, Navy shall consider utilizing as appropriate, in whole or in part, any existing community relations plans that may exist for various portions of the Site. 33.2 Except in case of an emergency requiring the release of necessary information, and except in the case of an enforcement action, any Party issuing a press release with reference to any of the Work required by this Agreement shall use its best efforts to advise the other Parties of such press release and the contents thereof prior to issuance of such release. 33.3 The Parties agree to comply with all relevant EPA policy and Guidance on community relations programs and the public participation requirements of CERCLA, the NCP, and other laws and regulations. 33.4 The Parties agree that Work conducted under this Agreement and any subsequent proposed RA alternatives and subsequent plans for RA at the Site arising out of this Agreement shall comply with all the Administrative Record and public participation requirements of CERCLA, including CERCLA Sections 113(k) and 117, 42 U.S.C. §§ 9613(k) and 9617, the NCP, and all applicable Guidance developed and provided by EPA. 33.5 The Information Repository is located at Biblioteca Electronica, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ #449 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, Vieques, PR 00765. Navy has established and is maintaining an Administrative Record file at or near the Site and has made it available to the public in accordance with CERCLA Section 113(k), 42 U.S.C. § 9613(k), Subpart I of the NCP, and applicable Guidance issued by EPA. The Administrative Record developed by Navy shall be periodically updated and a copy of the Index will be provided to EPA, Interior, and the Commonwealth. Navy will provide to EPA, Interior, or the Commonwealth on request any document in the Administrative Record.

Community Relations i) Establish and maintain NWSA relationship with community organizations in King County to build support for the NWSA’s mission and activities.

Community Relations. Coordinate recruitment of advisory board members, participate in monthly consortiums, participate in quarterly meetings of professional associations, serve on steering committees, attend education liaison meetings, coordinate student scholarship opportunities.

Community Relations. Community relations shall be provided in accordance with the NJDOT Capital Project Procedures.

Community Relations. 61. Respondent shall cooperate with EPA in providing information relating to the Work required hereunder to the public. As requested by EPA, Respondent shall participate in the preparation of all appropriate information disseminated to the public; participate in public meetings that may be held or sponsored by EPA to explain activities at or concerning the Property; and provide a suitable location for public meetings, as needed.

Community Relations. Grant Recipient shall recognize “King County Parks” as a “grant sponsor” in all social media, websites, brochures, banners, posters, press releases, and other promotional material related to the Project.

Community Relations. Parental Concerns The Board and Association recognize that situations of concern to parents/guardians may arise. The purpose of this section is to secure resolutions in a constructive manner, at the lowest level possible given the nature of the concern. A. When a principal is contacted by a parent regarding a concern, if the principal deems it appropriate, the initial action will be to inform the teacher and encourage the parent to contact the teacher for a conference to discuss the concern. B. The principal shall discuss the concern with the teacher before deciding that official written documentation or the removal of a child from class or an adverse impact upon the teacher’s assignment is necessary. C. If the principal determines that official written documentation is warranted, the principal must give the teacher an opportunity to respond to the parental concern before such written documentation is issued. If official written documentation is issued, the teacher may, within two (2) weeks, provide a written response to be attached to said documentation.
