PURPOSE OF THIS. SCHEDULE
1.1 This Schedule sets out the Authority's requirements for ensuring continuity of the business processes and operations supported by the Goods and/or Services in circumstances of service disruption or failure and for restoring the Goods and/or Services through business continuity and as necessary disaster recovery procedures. It also includes the requirement on the Contractor to develop, review, test, change, and maintain a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan (BCDR Plan) in respect of the provision of Goods and/or Services.
1.2 For the purposes of this Contract, “Disaster” means the occurrence of one or more events which, either separately or cumulatively, mean that the Goods and/or Services, or a material part of it will be unavailable for the period set out in Schedule 1 (Specification Schedule) or which is reasonably anticipated will mean that the Goods and/or Services or a material part will be unavailable for that period.

1.1. The purpose of this Schedule is to detail the operational procedures for the governance of this Agreement and resolution of any issues arising.

1.1 This schedule sets out the Authority's requirements for ensuring continuity of the business processes and operations supported by the Services in circumstances of Service disruption or failure and for restoring the Services through business continuity and as necessary disaster recovery procedures. 1.2 The BCDR Plan shall be divided into three parts:
1.2.1 Part A which shall set out general principles applicable to the BCDR Plan ("General Principles").

1.2.3 Part C which shall relate to disaster recovery ("Disaster Recovery Plan"); and
1.3 The BCDR Plan shall detail the processes and arrangements which the Contractor shall follow to ensure continuity of the business processes and operations supported by the Services following any failure or disruption of any element of the Services and the recovery of the Services in the event of a Disaster.
PURPOSE OF THIS. ARRANGEMENT
1. The Participants will facilitate recognition and acceptance of the other Participant’s certificates/approvals and provide cooperation and assistance on activities within the following areas:
(a) the airworthiness approval and monitoring of Civil Aeronautical Products;
(b) the continuing airworthiness of in-service aircraft;
(c) the approval and monitoring of production organisations;
(d) the approval and monitoring of maintenance organisations;
(e) the environmental approval and environmental testing of Civil Aeronautical Products; and
(f) the design-related operational requirements.
2. The cooperation between the Participants may include:
(a) performing activities on behalf or in support of each other upon request;
(b) establishing channels for the exchange of information and data, as appropriate;
(c) provision of training;
(d) carrying out Monitoring;
(e) research and development;
(f) sharing safety-related data;
(g) secondment of personnel to each other;
(h) related cooperative activities;
(i) safety initiatives and exchange of relevant safety information; and
(j) other forms of civil aviation safety cooperation they may jointly decide upon.
3. The Participants recognise each other’s delegated persons, approved organisations and the certificates and approvals issued by them. This does not limit a Participant’s ability to contest the technical competence or compliance of a delegated person or approved organisation whose principal place of business is within the jurisdiction of the other Participant.

This agreement will enable us to develop and maximise opportunities to protect and improve the marine environment of the inshore waters in Poole Harbour and to further its sustainable use for the purposes of conservation of biodiversity, recreation, amenity and education.
3.2 This MoA, once agreed, will be distributed among all relevant stakeholders with an interest in bait digging within Poole Harbour. This agreement will operate on a voluntary basis with monitoring of success carried out by SIFCA and other relevant authorities where appropriate.
