Disaster Recovery Procedures. 5.1 The Provider will maintain a disaster recovery (DR) process and procedures to mitigate the risks associated with a geographical disaster, loss of hosting services, and malicious acts such as cyber-attacks using malware and viruses.
5.2 Through the procedures set out within the disaster recovery processes, the Provider will use reasonable endeavours to ensure minimal loss of Platform availability, data integrity and availability. Such processes include:
a) clearly defined roles and responsibilities for those leading and delivering the DR procedures;
b) out-of-hours contact details for all staff and service providers required to invoke the DR procedures;
c) emergency contact details for Customer Representatives;
d) DR incident management flow diagrams;
e) data classification;
f) critical equipment details;
g) DR infrastructure diagram;
h) disaster assessment for potential threats, including: probability rating; impact rating; and, remedial actions;
