Disaster Recovery Procedures. The Service Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all IT Assets owned and controlled by Service Provider and related to the provision of Transition Services have disaster recovery procedures consistent with, but in no event more extensive than, those in place in the last twelve (12) months prior to the date of the Transaction Agreement.
