Common use of Community Relationships Clause in Contracts

Community Relationships. Except as disclosed in the Prospectus, the Company and the Subsidiaries maintain good relationships with the communities and persons affected by or located on the Stibnite Gold Project in all material respects, and, except for comment letters submitted in connection with the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement review period, there are no material complaints, issues, proceedings, or discussions, which are ongoing or anticipated which could have the effect of interfering, delaying or impairing the ability to explore, develop and operate the Stibnite Gold Project, and the Company and the Subsidiaries do not anticipate any material issues or liabilities to arise that would adversely affect the ability to explore, develop and operate the Stibnite Gold Project;
