Common use of COMMUNITY SERVICE REQUIREMENT Clause in Contracts

COMMUNITY SERVICE REQUIREMENT. Shall comply with the federally mandated Community Service Requirement. Failure of the Tenant or member of the tenant household to perform required Community Service hours, without documented qualification of an exemption shall result in the nonrenewal of this Lease in accordance with 24 C.F.R. § 966.4(a)(2)(ii).
