Commuting Travel Time Sample Clauses

The Commuting Travel Time clause defines how time spent traveling between an employee's home and their regular workplace is treated under the terms of an agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies whether such travel time is considered compensable work time or not, and may set out specific conditions under which exceptions apply, such as travel to temporary job sites or during unusual work hours. Its core function is to establish clear expectations for both employers and employees regarding pay and work hours, thereby preventing disputes over compensation for commuting.
