Common use of Comp Clause in Contracts

Comp. Time shall be scheduled by mutual agreement of the employee and employee’s supervisor. An employee shall be permitted to use Comp. Time within a reasonable period after making the request of the use of the Comp. Time as long as it does not unduly disrupt the District’s operations. It is unreasonable to not permit an employee to take Comp. Time during the school year.
