Comparable Position Definition. For the purposes of this Section, a comparable position is defined as a position: (A) for which the Hospital determines the nurse is qualified, and (B) with a full time equivalent (FTE) status that is equal to or has a reduction of not more than .2 FTE as compared to the position previously held, or that the FTE status change has no negative impact on insurance benefit eligibility.
