Common use of COMPENSABLE LEAVE Clause in Contracts

COMPENSABLE LEAVE. Compensable leave of one (1) day per month worked shall be credited to the compensable leave account of each employee. A compensable leave day shall be defined as the number of hours in the employees regular work day. Each employee can accumulate a maximum of sixty (60) days.
