Compensation for Unused Sick Leave. 1. For the 2018-2019 school year, teachers who retire under OTRS shall receive payment for unused sick leave days accumulated over one hundred twenty days (120 days) to a maximum of one hundred fifty days (150 days) which have not been utilized to obtain an additional year of service with the Oklahoma Teachers’ Retirement System and have not been transferred to another district. Teachers who qualify shall receive payment of $30.00 per day. 2.
