Compensation to Settlement Class Members. Settlement Class Members must submit a valid Claim Form in order to receive a settlement benefit. Claims will be subject to review for completeness and plausibility by the Settlement Administrator. For claims deemed invalid, the Settlement Administrator will provide claimants an opportunity to cure in the manner set forth below. All Settlement Class members who submit a valid claim form will receive a pro rata share of the Settlement Fund, which will paid in accordance with Paragraph 16 above.
Compensation to Settlement Class Members. Subject to the terms of this Settlement Agreement, EHS shall make available the following compensation to Settlement Class Members who, except where noted, the Settlement Administrator reasonably determines have submitted valid claims forms: (a) Identity Theft Protection: EHS will offer 2 years (24 months) of credit monitoring to all Settlement Class Members, but each Settlement Class Member will be responsible for signing up to activate the protection. Class Members will have two months from the mailing of the Short-Form Notice to activate their two years of credit monitoring.

Compensation to Settlement Class Members. Subject to the terms of this Settlement Agreement, Boys Town shall make available the following compensation to Settlement Class Members who, except where noted, the Settlement Administrator reasonably determines have submitted valid claims forms:‌ (a) Identity Theft Protection: Boys Town will offer 2.5 years (30 months) of‌ single-bureau credit monitoring to all class members that sign up to activate the offered services. Such single-bureau credit monitoring shall include up to $1 million in identity theft insurance.

Within seven (7) days of the Special Circumstances Claims Deadline, the Parties will compute the Compensation Amount in accordance with this Agreement.‌ 32. Each Settlement Class Member with an active account (i.e., with a valid email address that did not return as unsent or undeliverable when the Pre-Approval Notice was sent pursuant to paragraph 11 of this Agreement) with the Defendants and who did not opt out or submit a valid Special Claim, will be entitled to receive Individual Compensation in an amount corresponding to the Compensation Amount equally divided between all Settlement Class Members entitled to receive such Individual Compensation, no matter how many Platinum Ticket(s) they purchased over the Class Period.‌ 34. Based on the Parties’ current estimation and assuming that the total amount of the Special Circumstances Claims reaches the agreed cap of fifty thousand Canadian dollars (CA$ 50,000) and that the Settlement Expenses are of the same amount, the Compensation Amount is estimated at five hundred five thousand Canadian dollars (CA$ 505,000). Without excluding the Settlement Class Members who validly submitted a Special Circumstances Claim, and are thus ineligible for Individual Compensation, each of the estimated twelve thousand (12,000) Settlement Class Members would receive an Individual Compensation estimated at forty-two Canadian dollars (CA$ 42.00), less any deductions, as described at paragraph 46 below.
Compensation to Settlement Class Members. Settlement Class Members may file a claim for a cash payment of up to $20 per Settlement Class Member. Settlement Class Members must submit a valid Claim Form in order to receive a settlement benefit. Claims will be subject to review for completeness and plausibility by the Settlement Administrator.
