Common use of Compensatory Time Accrual Clause in Contracts

Compensatory Time Accrual. (A) Compensatory time accrual shall be limited to a total amount of one hundred ninety-two (B) Scheduled overtime (FLSA) is not compensatory time and shall be paid monthly as a portion of the base salary.
