Complaint Policy. 10.1 Parents are always welcome to visit the school and to attend school board meetings. It is recognized that parents may, at times, have complaints regarding curriculum and/or personnel. 10.2 All such complaints should be initiated by a conference with the complainant and teacher. If a complaint is made directly to the Board of Trustees or to an individual Board member, the complainant shall be advised to take the matter to the appropriate school staff member. This will be the unit member involved, and/or the site administrator. 10.3 In dealing with such complaints, the following procedures shall be used:
