Complaint Reporting Procedures. Complaint reporting procedures shall be disseminated as appropriate by the LEA within facilities under its jurisdiction (in English and other languages as appropriate) in order to ensure that individuals are aware of the availability of such procedures. Complaints will be accepted from any source (e.g., ICE, LEA, participating LEA personnel, inmates, and the public). Complaints may be reported to federal authorities as follows: A. Telephonically to the ICE OPR at the toll-free number l-833-4ICE-OPR; or B. Via email at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Complaints may also be referred to and accepted by any of the following LEA entities: A. The LEA Internal Affairs Division; or B. The supervisor of any participating LEA personnel.
