Complaint Resolution. a) The Grantor may take all necessary steps to ensure that all Subscribers and members of the general public have recourse to a satisfactory hearing of any complaints, where there is evidence that the Grantee has not settled the complaint to the satisfaction of the person initiating the complaint. b) For purposes of this Section, a "complaint" is a grievance received by Grantee pursuant to Section 7.6.7(c) of this Franchise and related Cable Service within the Franchise Area that is reasonably remediable by the Grantee, but does not include grievances regarding the content of Programming or information services other than grievances regarding broad categories of Programming, and does not include customer contacts resulting in routine service calls that resolve the customer's problem satisfactorily to the customer or inquiries by the customer
