Complete Agreement; Modifications. 19.1 This Agreement, including all Schedules, Purchase Orders, exhibits, and annexes hereto, contains the complete and entire agreement between the parties as to the subject matter hereof and replaces and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. 19.2 No modification of the Agreement shall be binding unless it is writing and signed by both parties.
