Complete Assembly Sample Clauses

The Complete Assembly clause defines the requirement for all components or parts of a product or system to be fully assembled before delivery or acceptance. In practice, this means that the seller or contractor must ensure that every element is properly put together and operational, rather than delivering parts separately or in an incomplete state. This clause ensures that the buyer receives a finished, ready-to-use product, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over missing or improperly assembled components and clarifying the standard for what constitutes acceptable delivery.
Complete Assembly. For all materials and equipment specified or indicated in the Drawings, Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for complete assemblies and complete working systems, functioning as intended. Contractor shall furnish incidental items not indicated on Drawings, nor mentioned in the Specifications, that can be legitimately and reasonably inferred to belong to the Work described, or necessary in good practice to provide a complete assembly or system, as though itemized here in every detail. In all instances, Contractor shall install material and equipment in strict accordance with each manufacturer’s most recent published recommendations and specifications. Contractor shall be responsible for appropriately sequencing the Work and for verification of suitability of prior work before subsequent construction activities.
