Complete List Sample Clauses

The "Complete List" clause establishes that all relevant items, terms, or obligations are fully enumerated within the contract or a referenced schedule. In practice, this means that only those items explicitly listed are considered part of the agreement, and anything not included is excluded from the parties' obligations. This clause ensures clarity and prevents disputes by making it clear that the contract is exhaustive regarding the matters it covers, thereby avoiding misunderstandings about whether additional, unlisted items are included.
