COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THE PARTIES. This MOU is intended to set forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters set forth herein, and any other prior or existing understanding or agreements by the parties, whether formal or informal, regarding any such matters are hereby superseded or terminated in their entirety. This Article is not intended to negate or eliminate past practice as a factor establishing agreement in practice between the parties, if not specifically addressed in this MOU or the City’s Personnel Rules.

COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THE PARTIES. It is intended that this MOU set forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters set forth herein, and any other prior or existing understanding or agreements by the parties, whether formal or informal, regarding any such matters are hereby superseded or terminated in their entirety. This article is not intended to negate or eliminate past practice as a factor establishing agreement in practice between the parties. Any agreement, alteration, understanding, variation, waiver, or modification of any of the terms or provisions contained herein shall not be binding upon the parties hereto unless made and executed in writing by all parties hereto, and approved and implemented by the Lompoc City Council. The waiver of any breach, term or condition of this Memorandum of Understanding by either party shall not constitute a precedent in the future enforcement of all its terms and provisions. Compensation Survey Cities: The City and the Association have agreed that the following cities shall be used for any classification and/or compensation surveys for successor MOU negotiations: ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Grande, Atascadero, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Beach, Morro Bay, Paso ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Pismo Beach, San ▇▇▇▇ Obispo, Santa ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Santa ▇▇▇▇▇.

COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THE PARTIES. This Agreement is executed in two (2) duplicate originals, each of which is deemed to be an original. This Agreement consists of eight (8) pages and constitutes the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties.

COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THE PARTIES. On , the Council of the City of Lompoc duly approved this MOU for the period of 12:01 a.m. July 1, 2013 through midnight June 30, 2015; and This Memorandum of Understanding has been tentatively approved by the City of Lompoc’s labor negotiation team and labor representatives of IAFF, Local 1906 as evidenced by their signatures to this MOU. Furthermore, the labor representatives of IAFF, Local 1906 have represented that the members of IAFF, Local 1906 have also ratified this MOU. Therefore, this MOU shall become effective upon approval by the City of Lompoc City Council and shall be effective from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. It is intended that this MOU set forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters set forth herein, and any other prior or existing understanding or agreements by the parties, whether formal or informal, regarding any such matters are hereby superseded or terminated in their entirety. It is intended tothat this MOU set forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters set forth herein, and any other prior or existing understanding or agreements by the parties, whether formal or informal, regarding any such matters are hereby superseded or terminated in their entirety. This Article is not intended to negate or eliminate past practice as a factor establishing agreement in practice between the parties, if not specifically addressed in this MOU or the City’s Personnel Rules.

COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THE PARTIES. This Agreement represents the total and complete understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter described herein. This Agreement supersedes all previous agreements made by and entered into between the Parties. Any other oral understandings or other prior understandings with respect to the subject matter described herein shall have no force or effect. This Agreement is intended to be comprehensive as an integrated agreement containing all of the understandings and contractual obligations of the Parties with respect to the subject matter described herein.

COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THE PARTIES. Executive and the Company understand and agree that the terms and conditions of this Amendment constitute the full and complete understandings, agreements and promises of the Parties, and that there are no oral or written understandings, agreements, promises, or inducements made or offered other than those set forth, in writing, in this Agreement.

COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THE PARTIES. This Memorandum of Understanding is made and entered into this day of 2005 by and between the CITY OF LOMPOC, hereinafter referred to as "City", and the LOMPOC POLICE OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred to as the "LPOA”. It is intended that this Memorandum of Understanding set forth the full and entire understanding of the parties regarding the matters set forth herein, and any other prior or existing understanding or agreements by the parties, whether formal or informal, regarding any such matters are hereby superseded or terminated in their entirety. This article is not intended to negate or eliminate past practice as a factor establishing agreement in practice between the parties.
