Completeness of documents. Chem-Met. The copies of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of Chem-Met, and of all leases, instruments, agreements or other documents (including all Schedules and documents delivered pursuant to this Agreement) which have been or will be delivered to Perma-Fix pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, are, or if not now delivered, will when delivered, be true, complete and correct.
