COMPLETION OF BARGAINING. 12 During the term of this Agreement, the District and the Association expressly waive 13 and relinquish the right to meet and negotiate and agree that neither shall be 14 obligated to meet and negotiate, with respect to any subject or matter referred to or 15 covered in this Agreement or any subject or matter proposed and later withdrawn.
