Common use of Completion of Development Clause in Contracts

Completion of Development. Where a condition of any planning permission granted for development begun before the end of the Term requires works to be carried out to the Premises by a date after the end of the Term, the Tenant must, unless the Landlord directs otherwise, finish those works before the end of the Term.
