Planning and Development. The Planning and Development Department renders to THE PARTIES the service consisting in the operational coordination of the Human Resources, Institutional Relations, Systems and Technology, Purchases and Hirings, Technical, Infrastructure and Services, and Risks and Processes departments.
Planning and Development. 3.19.1 The Tenant must observe and comply with the provisions and requirements of the Planning Acts affecting the Premises and their use, and must indemnify the Landlord, and keep him indemnified, both during the Term and following the end of it, against all losses in respect of any contravention of those Acts.
3.19.2 The Tenant must not make any application for planning permission without the consent of the Landlord in any case where application for and implementation of the planning permission will create or give rise to any tax liability for the Landlord or where the Tenant does not indemnify the Landlord against such liability. The Tenant must at his expense obtain any planning permissions and serve any notices that may be required to carry out any development on or at the Premises.
3.19.3 Subject only to any statutory direction to the contrary, the Tenant must pay and satisfy any charge or levy that may subsequently be imposed under the Planning Acts in respect of the carrying out or maintenance of any development on or at the Premises.
3.19.4 Notwithstanding any consent that may be granted by the Landlord under this Lease, the Tenant must not carry out any development on or at the Premises until all necessary notices under the Planning Acts have been served and copies produced to the Landlord, all necessary permissions under the Planning Acts have been obtained and produced to the Landlord, and the Landlord has acknowledged that every necessary planning permission is acceptable to him, such acknowledgement not to be unreasonably withheld. The Landlord may refuse to acknowledge his acceptance of a planning permission on the grounds that any condition contained in it or anything omitted from it or the period referred to in it would, in the reasonable opinion of the Surveyor, be, or be likely to be, prejudicial to the Landlord or to his reversionary interest in the Premises whether during or following the end of the Term.
3.19.5 Where a condition of any planning permission granted for development begun before the end of the Term requires works to be carried out to the Premises by a date after the end of the Term, the Tenant must, unless the Landlord directs otherwise, finish those works before the end of the Term.
3.19.6 In any case where a planning permission is granted subject to conditions, and if the Landlord reasonably so requires, the Tenant must provide sufficient security for his compliance with the conditions and must not implement the planning...
Planning and Development. The planning and development of the Premises and Improvements shall be achieved pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Lease, the Schedule of Performance attached hereto as Exhibit I, and Landlord’s review and construction inspection process.
Planning and Development. The County agrees to provide planning and development services to the District for the benefit of its members, specifically including planning and development staff services. These services shall also include business licensing, building inspection, and code violation enforcement. The provision of these services shall include the use of County personnel, equipment, buildings, supplies, assets, and other County resources. The business and land use development services, budget, billing and overhead (accounting) to be provided are more fully delineated in Attachment “C”.

It is understood and agreed by the parties that the Department may from time to time employ consultants to study and analyze Airport facilities and operations and/or for planning purposes. The CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with and assist such consultant(s) as requested by the Department including, but not limited to:

Planning and development shall be conducted according to the Contractor’s Program Management Plan, System Engineering Design Plan, Hardware and Software Development Plans, and the Product Assurance Plans. Planning and Development i. Manage the bridging documents production for the new terminal building (15% design), including one-on-one coordination meetings with engineering consultants, bi- monthly A/E team meetings, meeting minutes, and deliverable coordination.
ii. Coordinate site plan and develop selected layout floor plan alternative based on established program and space plan.
iii. Provide building sections depicting the grade and floor elevations, clear heights, and major equipment.
iv. Coordinate site plan alternatives including connector to existing terminal, roadway, parking, landscaping, and signage.
v. Develop project summary.
vi. Develop code/ADA analysis.

viii. Review performance criteria document as established in the TAMP and STAMP.
ix. Prepare performance specification / narrative for shell: floor, vertical exterior subgrade, vertical exterior above grade (walls, glazing, overhead doors, personnel doors, windows, louvers), roof canopy, and blast resistance.
x. Prepare performance specification / narrative for interior: walls, flooring, interior windows and doors, ceilings, railings and metal fabrications, interior finishes.
xi. Prepare performance specification / narrative for equipment /furnishings / signage: dock equipment, restroom partitions and accessories, wall guard, safety devices, wayfinding and signage.
xii. Review performance specifications / narrative for systems performed by other disciplines for overall project conformance.
xiii. Produce two exterior and one interior rendering.
xiv. Coordinate with cost estimator.
Planning and Development. Planning and Development, working closely with leadership of the university, is responsible for the development of the university capital plan and defining the long-range physical vision of each of the university campuses. This office is engaged at the headwaters of all major capital projects and works with the end users, University Facilities, and PD+D Architecture and Design to develop the initial scope, site selection, and programming of the project. This office interfaces with external agencies in the review, coordination and monitoring of capital projects undertaken by utility companies, adjacent property owners, and state, county and municipal authorities undertaking public right of way improvements that impact the university. The office ensures that university capital construction projects are properly environmentally permitted and in compliance with environmental regulations. This office is responsible for the campus maps and geographic information system (GIS) platform, which feeds data to other university systems (such as 911 dispatch) and houses data and graphics associated with campus utilities systems. The office is also responsible for administration of all real estate transactions for the university (leases, licenses, easements, etc.).
