Common use of Completion of Development Clause in Contracts

Completion of Development. A. Purchaser acknowledges that construction activities at the SouthEnd Terraces may occur subsequent to the Closing, and that such activity may cause some inconvenience to Purchaser. Purchaser agrees to make no claim against Seller, its employees, contractors or agents as a result of such activity and further acknowledges that if Purchaser or a member of Purchaser’s family, or any invitee of Purchaser enters any construction site, the indemnities and waivers contained in Section 4 shall apply. B. The provisions of this Section 9 shall survive the Closing.
