Completion of Game. A Scratch Ticket Game is deemed to be completed only when all of the Electronic Scratch Tickets in a Game Set have been dispensed or the Game Set has been taken out of play. If any game set is withdrawn from play before completion of the game, the Tribe shall ensure that at least 75% of the revenues received from sales of Electronic Scratch Tickets in that game have been, or in future Electronic Scratch Ticket Games will be, awarded to players.

This Agreement expresses the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements between them, written or oral. Any matter or subject not herein covered has been satisfactorily adjusted, compromised, or waived by the parties for the life of this Agreement.
