COMPLETION OF NEGOTIATION. 24.8.1 The parties agree that the provisions of this Article constitute the entire agreement with respect to all aspects of layoff, and the District shall not be required to meet and negotiate on this subject during the term of this Agreement. This section shall not apply to the right to negotiate the effects of a layoff.
