COMPLETION OF NEGOTIATION. 19.10.1. The parties agree that the provisions of this Article constitute the entire agreement with respect to all aspects of layoff or reductions and the District shall not be required to meet and negotiate on this subject during the term of this Agreement. CSEA specifically waives any right to request negotiations on any aspect of layoff or reduction of hours during the term of this Agreement.
