Completion of Remaining Work Clause Samples

The 'Completion of Remaining Work' clause defines the obligation of a party, typically a contractor, to finish any outstanding tasks or deliverables that have not yet been completed under the contract. This clause usually specifies the timeframe within which the remaining work must be finished and may outline the standards or conditions that the completed work must meet. By clearly assigning responsibility for unfinished items, the clause ensures that all contractual obligations are fulfilled and helps prevent disputes over incomplete performance at the end of a project.
