Completion of Satisfactory Due Diligence Sample Clauses
The 'Completion of Satisfactory Due Diligence' clause establishes that a party’s obligation to proceed with a transaction is contingent upon their satisfaction with the results of their due diligence investigation. In practice, this means the party has the right to review relevant documents, financial records, or other information about the other party or the subject of the transaction, and can withdraw or renegotiate if any issues are discovered during this review. This clause serves to protect the investigating party from unforeseen risks or liabilities by allowing them to confirm all material facts before finalizing the agreement.
