Satisfactory Work Sample Clauses

The 'Satisfactory Work' clause defines the requirement that all work performed under the contract must meet a standard deemed acceptable by the party receiving the services or goods, often the client or employer. In practice, this means that the completed work must conform to agreed-upon specifications, industry standards, or the reasonable expectations of the recipient, and may be subject to inspection or approval before final acceptance. This clause ensures that the party paying for the work is not obligated to accept or pay for subpar or incomplete results, thereby protecting their interests and encouraging quality performance.
