Common use of Satisfactory Work Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Work. Services rendered hereunder are to be performed to the written satisfaction of DIRECTOR. 18 COUNTY’s staff will interpret all reports and determine the quality, acceptability and progress of the 19 services rendered in accordance with the Performance Criteria listed in Exhibit “C”. Inconsistencies in 20 performance will be corrected as they occur and are detected. COUNTY will notify CONTRACTOR of any 21 deficiencies and will provide technical assistance to CONTRACTOR to make necessary corrections.
