Completion Requirements. Entity Name may perform construction at the Premises between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, unless otherwise limited by local ordinance and shall do so in reasonable coordination with the Town and in a manner which limits inconvenience to and interference with the Town and the Town’s invitees’ and employees’ use of the Premises to the extent commercially practical. Entity Name shall grant the Town and its authorized representative’s access to and the right, but not the obligation, to observe installation and any significant repairs to or replacement of the System at all times provided that neither the Town nor its authorized representatives shall interfere with the installation or repair work or use or move any Entity Name equipment or the System without written authorization from Entity Name.
