Complex and Building. Provided Landlord makes commercially reasonable efforts to avoid interfering with Tenant’s use and occupancy of the Premises, Landlord shall have the right (i) to add to, or subtract from, the Common Areas, the Complex and/or the Building as Landlord may elect and Tenant shall not be entitled to any compensation as a result thereof, nor shall same be deemed an actual or constructive eviction, (ii) to erect, use and maintain pipes, ducts, shafts and conduits in and through the Premises, and (iii) to temporarily close any part of the Common Areas for such time as may be required to prevent a dedication thereof or an accrual of any rights in any person or in the public generally therein, or when necessary for the maintenance or repair thereof, or for such other reason as Landlord in its judgment may deem necessary or advisable.
